3. Return and Refund Policy
- Given the custom nature of our products:
- No returns, exchanges or refunds are possible once production has started.
- The deposit is 100% refundable as long as production has not started.
- We are available for any questions or adjustments before production begins.

- Your proof of purchase
- Photos of the problem observed
- Photos of winterization (if applicable)
- A brief description of the situation
