• Reservation: A deposit is required to confirm your order. This amount is payable by credit card on our website.
• Cancellation and Refund: Your order is fully refundable at any time until we notify you that it is ready for delivery or pickup . Once this notification is sent, the order is considered final.
• Payment of the balance: As soon as your order is ready, the final sale becomes due by bank transfer .
• Shipping: The merchandise will be shipped or can be picked up as soon as receipt of funds is confirmed.
• Note: Meeting the payment deadline is important to guarantee your delivery window. A delay could result in the shipment being reported.
