Delivery & Payment

At Moodulo, we want to make the purchasing process as simple and transparent as possible.

• Reservation: A deposit is required to confirm your order and reserve your place in our production schedule. This amount is payable by credit card directly on our website.
• Commitment: Given the personalized and custom nature of our products, this deposit becomes non-refundable once production of your order has begun.
• Balance Payment: As soon as your order is ready for delivery or pickup, the final balance becomes due. You will receive a production completion notice, and the balance must be paid by bank transfer before the goods depart.
• Shipping: Goods will be shipped or can be picked up once receipt of funds (full balance) is validated.
• Note: Adhering to the balance payment deadline is important to guarantee your delivery slot. A delay in payment could lead to the postponement of shipping to a later date.
